Councillor for St Peter's Ward
  • Councillors

Meet Josh

Josh is a local Councillor and resident of St Peter’s Ward and is presently studying Law at Northumbria University.

Cllr Josh McKeith has been leading the way in fighting for more funding for Roker Park, with investment for improvements to the bandstand, park lodge and so much more. Josh has spoken in Council about the need to bring young people into the conversation about how we shape the city and their future.

Josh has never been shy to hold the Labour-led Council to account for their poor services, from being slow to cut back trees and bushes to their inaction on protecting our local heritage assets in Roker and Monkwearmouth, namely St Peter's Church.

If you would like to get in touch then please contact him at [email protected] .
