Penny Jones is a local campaigner and the Conservative candidate for Silksworth Ward in 2021.

Penny lives in Silksworth and campaigns on issues to make the area cleaner and safer. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she helped prepare food parcels for a local foodbank to help those in need. She works closely with the Barnes Conservatives team on issues relating to Plains Farm, which is split between Silksworth and Barnes wards.
